Questions.
No, you can simply just pay month to month. However if you have a grant or prefer to save money in the long run, we may be able to offer discounted rates if you pay annually.
In Volaby, you will have the option to ‘retire’ volunteers, which essentially just means you will be able to de-activate them and they will no longer be counted towards your subscription, until they become active again.
All subscriptions will be used by Orange Sky to either continually improve the Volaby platform, or used to help support our services to those experiencing homelessness and/or doing it tough.
All Volaby’s data is hosted in Australia on Amazon Web Services in Australia.
Absolutely not, the only contact we have with you and your data is for support purposes and review for improvements (e.g. a review of our system to see where issues/bottle-necks might be occurring, and what can be improved upon).
You can easily export your volunteer database and any impact data you have recorded from the front end in a CSV format, then we will simply deactivate your account.
