Fair Food collects fit-for purpose surplus from the food industry and distributes it to groups who work with people in need. Connecting food business donors with the community sector is an ongoing positive engagement which is strengthening communities over the long term.
Did you know that 1 in 5 kiwis struggle to put good food on the table each week. That’s a million of us. As well as this over 1/3 of all food globally is lost or wasted each year which contributes to 8% of all greenhouse gas emissions. Fair Food NZ is helping to change this.
