Activities & Rostering

Create schedules that respect availability while meeting organisational needs.

Activities & Rostering

In Volaby, an Activity represents a volunteering opportunity - a weekly meals service, a Saturday shop shift, a corporate volunteering day, or a multi-day festival. Each activity has its own schedule, roster, team, and reporting.

You set the type and frequency, Volaby generates the roster dates. Volunteers sign up or get assigned, attendance is recorded, and hours flow through to your dashboards.
